As wedding suppliers, we become so busy working ‘IN’ our business, running around sorting everything to provide a great service to our couples. We often don’t set aside dedicated time to work ‘ON’ our business, to set up for success and build the infrastructure needed to take our businesses to the next level.
This is where my virtual and ‘in person’ GROW Workshops are design to give you the help you need!

Throughout the year I will be holding 6 ‘LIVE’ GROW Workshops. Each session is aimed at enabling you to tackle specific challenges we all face in the first 3 years of business.
From attracting our target wedding audience, to nurturing our online relationships, building that all important trust, to closing each booking and confirming with a deposit. Through to, how we manage our relationship with our couples on the lead up to their special day, how we surprise and delight our couples on their big day, and finally how we gain testimonials and referrals from clients we have provided an outstanding service to.
Each GROW Workshop is jam-packed with LIVE tutorials delivered by Jen, and broken up into straightforward step-by-step activities you are able to complete within the session. Each GROW Workshop is accompanied by a Workbook for you to keep, so you can implement your learnings when you head back home.
On each of the break out sessions, you will have the opportunity to connect with fellow wedding suppliers on the Workshop and share experience and learnings with each other. As after all, we are always better together!
